Associate User Experience Design Service - Hourly Rate

A Cryptic Design Associate User Experience Designer is an entry-level professional responsible for supporting the design and development of user experience solutions across various digital products, including computer games software and virtual reality software. They work under the guidance of more senior designers to execute design tasks and deliverables, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal user experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Assist senior designers in the development of user experience design projects, including research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and final design deliverables.

• Participate in user research activities, such as user interviews and usability testing, to gain insights into user needs and behaviors.

• Create and maintain design artifacts, such as user personas, user journeys, and design specifications, to communicate design concepts and requirements to stakeholders and team members.

• Collaborate with developers and artists to ensure designs are feasible and can be implemented within project timelines and budgets.

• Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on designs, based on user needs and design best practices.

• Continuously develop skills and knowledge in user experience design, through training and mentorship opportunities.
